Material selection

Straightening process

Cutting process

After the straightening step, bars are cut into the desired length to suit varied applications.

Sometimes after the cutting process, bars are given heat treatment to get the desired hardness or toughness. Otherwise, if not required, then the final finishing is carried out by polishing, grinding, or buffing the bars to achieve a smooth and shiny surface finish.
